Does LocalTab process card payments?+
No. LocalTab manages charge accounts and statements — you collect payment however you already do. There are no card-processing or per-transaction fees.
How do customers pay at the register?+
They tap their LocalTab card, fob, or phone wallet pass. The charge goes onto their account, within their credit limit.
Can the card go in Apple or Google Wallet?+
Yes. Customers add their LocalTab card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and tap their phone. Physical NFC cards and fobs are available for anyone without a smartphone.
How much does it cost?+
$69 per location, per month — flat, with no per-transaction fees. New stores start with a one-time starter package ($1,199) that includes your register terminal, tap reader, and a starter set of charge cards, gift cards, and fobs. Every customer can also add a free digital wallet card to their phone.
